Eligibility Criteria

  • Maximum: The candidate should be an undergraduate as of 01/01/2026.

  • Note: Graduates and those with higher qualifications are not eligible to apply.

  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT for which they are applying.

2. Age Limit (as of 01/01/2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years.

  • Maximum Age: 25 years.

  • Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years), and Ex-Servicemen as per government norms.

Salary and Benefits

While the full pay scale is detailed in the notification, Office Attendants at RBI enjoy a competitive salary package along with various allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per Bank rules.

Scheme of Selection

  1. Online Test (120 Marks): A 90-minute objective test covering Reasoning, General English, General Awareness, and Numerical Ability.

  2. Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates shortlisted from the online test must clear the LPT in the local language of the concerned state. This test is qualifying in nature.
